User Agreement
This agreement governs the free digital content and tools in the Irmak SRC mobile application and on irmaksrckurye.com. By continuing to use the application, you accept these terms.
1. Provider and scope
The service provider is Irmak SRC. These terms cover practice exams, explanations, articles, study tools, courier tools, notifications and related web links. Contact: info@irmaksrc.com.
2. Educational purpose
The app is a study and information tool, not an official examination system of a public authority. It does not guarantee exam success, certification or that regulations will remain unchanged. Check current official sources for critical decisions.
3. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and primarily for personal study. Do not disrupt the service, bypass safeguards, send abusive automated traffic, submit misleading data, scrape content in bulk or violate third-party rights.
4. Data and privacy
Study and tool records are generally stored on your device. Leaderboard scores and question reports are sent only when you choose to submit them. The separate Privacy and KVKK Notice applies. Accepting these terms is not consent to marketing or consent-based data processing.
5. Intellectual property
The software, design and original content belong to Irmak SRC or the stated rights holders. Reproduction, resale, republication or creation of commercial datasets beyond personal study requires permission.
6. External services
Opening the website, YouTube, Google, SMS or another external service is optional and that provider's terms apply.
7. Availability and changes
Features may change or pause for maintenance, security, technical or regulatory reasons. Continuous error-free availability is not guaranteed. Material new versions of these terms will be presented again in the app.
8. Liability and mandatory rights
You remain responsible for decisions based on the content. Mandatory liability and non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Paid training
Free app use does not create enrolment in paid or classroom training. Any paid service is subject to separate price, cancellation, refund and enrolment terms.
10. Termination and law
You may stop using the service by uninstalling the app. Turkish law applies, without restricting any mandatory consumer forum or remedy. Contact: info@irmaksrc.com.
