Basis of the program
It is based on the Private Educational Institutions Law No. 5580, the Ministry of National Education Private Educational Institutions Regulation, and the Ministry of National Education Private Transport Services Vocational Training and Development Courses Regulation, as well as the private courses framework program and the national occupational standard for motorcycle couriers.
Registration and admission
The program is prepared for individuals who meet the conditions specified in the Private Transport Services Vocational Training and Development Courses Regulation. Concrete thresholds such as driver's license class, education level, and health are defined in this regulation; your institution must verify them before registration.

Explanations regarding application
- 1.The program is prepared for individuals who will take part in courier services to acquire professional knowledge and skills and behaviors in accordance with ethical principles; deliveries must be carried out in accordance with legislation, safely, and with an understanding of service quality.
- 2.Methods such as lecture, question-answer, discussion, brainstorming, case study, demonstration, and demonstration and practice are used in processing the subject; a line of principle from simple to complex, known to unknown, easy to difficult, and concrete to abstract is followed.
- 3.Values and professional achievements are processed by associating them with all units of the program.
- 4.The content is prepared based on the national occupational standard for motorcycle couriers; taking into account field application, sector demand, and current working conditions.
- 5.Risk awareness and safe driving are targeted regarding safe driving; it is supported by examples from the traffic environment and practical scenarios.
- 6.The training is planned by taking into account the experience and individual learning characteristics of the trainees and associating them with their prior knowledge.

In the program, driving and safety contents are particularly detailed under the outcomes of unit A (e.g., safe driving, city traffic, protective equipment); first aid in G, traffic etiquette in H, hygiene in I, and professional ethics in İ units.
Measurement, evaluation, and certification
At the end of the course, measurement and evaluation are carried out within the framework of the Ministry of National Education Private Transport Services Vocational Training and Development Courses Regulation; the certificate is also issued within the framework of the same regulation.
